Hello Friends!  There’s lots going on this month at NetteP Stamping and Stampin’ Up.

December Host Code:  RV4H6WK9  please use this code if your order is under $150.  Thanks!

Clearance Rack Refresh:  Go to my on-line store at Nettep.stampinup.net and click on “shop now”, then go to the upper left corner and look for the sales and specials tag.  There are a lot of items recently added including some punches, embossing folders, stamp sets, dies, ribbons, and embellishments.

Last Chance:  While you are at my on-line store, check out the last chance items.  These are items from the June to December Mini-catalog that are be discontinued – many are being offered at discounted prices.  They won’t be in future catalogs, so if you love one of these and don’t have it – grab it quick.  If you can’t get on-line and need me to send you a PDF of the last chance items, send me an email and I’ll get it to you.

Facebook Live:  Sorry I threw some of you a curve ball by changing the time for my facebook live.  Wednesday night at 7:30 is the regular time and will be for Dec 8, 15, and 29.  However, December 22 will be changed.  I’m going to go with Tuesday night 12/21 at 7:30 that week.  Have mercy… it is my birthday and my dear hubby is taking me to Sight and Sound theater that day and then out for dinner so I have to change the date.

Speaking of Facebook Live – here are the instructions for this weeks project, the pop out Christmas card.  This is such a cool card, with a neat little surprise when you open it.  Don’t save it only for Christmas, though.  You could use this design any time you have some nice DSP and small punched items or die cuts.

Christmas Pop Out Card

Cardstock base:  8 ½ X 5 ½ scored at 4 ¼    And a strip 8 ½ X 1 (you may prefer to do this in white)

Cardstock mat in a coordinating color:  4 X 5 ¼  Use this color for the background for the sentiment stamp.  I cut these using the stitched so sweetly dies.  Cut the smaller one in white.

Designer Series Paper: 3 ¾ X 5

Cut out 5 items all the same, with either punch or dies.  (I used trees for the first card and deer for the second)

Glue the DSP to the mat and glue to base.  Stamp sentiment on white tag and glue to colored tag.  Attach this to the front with dimensionals  and glue on the deer.

Score your 1 inch strip at 2 1/8, 4 ¼, and 6 3/8.

Stamp the inside of the card with whatever you wish.  If you want to put a piece of white inside to stamp on, glue that in now.

Glue one end of the 1 inch strip about a half inch to an inch from the edge on one side.  Fold the strip so the center fold lines up with the center fold of the card and glue the other end where it meets the card.  Glue your die cut pieces in each section as pictured in the cards above.

Stamp With Me:  Last Saturday, I held a zoom where four women joined me and we all worked on different projects and just chatted and shared tips and stuff.  We all enjoyed the time together and learned from each other.  They asked if we could do it again, so I thought I’d try to do it in January.  I’m going for Saturday January 15th from 10:00 am to Noon.  I’d love for you to join me.  Send me an email if you are interested and I’ll send you the sign on code.  Hope to get together with you on Jan. 15th.

See you all next week, hope you are getting your Christmas cards finished.

Happy Stamping!

Annette
